I will not get graphic here, but Anna is known for her gushing nosebleeds. And, she woke up last night with one of those. The nights are pretty chilly, so that the central heat dries everything, and dry air is one of the causes for Anna’s nosebleeds. So, we are up for about 45 minutes last night and then snuggled up together in bed. Emily was already there. It is a cozy family bed. I have to leave it to the two – they are now rather nice in bed – non of the kid-typical kicking, knees in my stomach or back (at least most of the time) and they snuggle up to us. That is why they are there. Emily has outgrown her hair stroking phase – which was about to drive me insane, as she would stroke my hair, or shall I say, kept pulling my hair while falling asleep … keeping me from falling asleep. And, when I am tired, I am not pleasant!!!!!! So, she might have done away with it out of pure survival skill …. (more…)
